How to Start Liquidity Mining

Download and install a Web3 wallet like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or Coinbase Wallet. This will be your gateway to DeFi protocols.

• Never share your seed phrase
• Enable necessary security features
• Connect to the appropriate network

Select a liquidity pool and deposit an equal value of both tokens. You'll receive LP (Liquidity Provider) tokens in return.

• Most pools require 50/50 value ratio
• You may need to approve token spending first
• Confirm the transaction in your wallet

Regularly check your positions and consider:

• Compounding your rewards
• Adjusting positions based on APY changes
• Withdrawing if impermanent loss becomes significant

Purchase the tokens you want to provide as liquidity. You'll typically need two tokens in equal value for most pools.

• Buy from centralized exchanges (Binance, Coinbase)
• Or use decentralized exchanges (Uniswap, PancakeSwap)
• Transfer to your Web3 wallet

Deposit your LP tokens in a yield farm to start earning additional rewards (usually in the platform's native token).

• Find the "Farm" or "Stake" section
• Approve and deposit your LP tokens
• Start earning farming rewards

To exit your position, reverse the process:

• Unstake your LP tokens from the farm
• Remove liquidity from the pool
• Receive your original tokens back (minus any impermanent loss)
